In navigating the rising wave of interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I noticed the real struggle people were facing: finding a TCM practitioner is a confusing and inefficient experience.
Seeing this, I was driven to create a solution that would not only connect individuals to the TCM care they were seeking but also make the journey there smoother and more understandable. I developed an app with the user's experience at its core, simplifying the appointment process, introducing different TCM methods, and improving communication during consultations.

During the whole design process, I learned a lot from my participants. If I had more time I would like to explore more edge cases, build a community for users to share their comments for providers, and improve the appointment management system.
